To sign up for automatic payment withdrawal from your bank account, please fill out the  ACH Form. Submit your completed form via email to  servicing@wheda.com or fax it to 608-467-5025. 

Your life is hectic. Paying your mortgage doesn’t have to be with My Loan Online from WHEDA. Now you can access your loan information 24/7 and pay your WHEDA mortgage online with a few simple clicks of the mouse.

My Loan Online is only provided to borrowers who have WHEDA-serviced loans. Your loan is serviced by WHEDA if you make your payments directly to WHEDA. If you are not sure if WHEDA services your loan, please call 1-800-562-5546.

My Loan Online lets you schedule mortgage payments, keep track of your loan balance, taxes, account history and insurance with ease. Enjoy the convenience of managing your mortgage online with our secure website.

My loan online is best accessed while using your browser’s Incognito mode.  Instructions on how to do that are located here.

WHEDA now accepts regular monthly mortgage payments via phone 24/7!

To make a regular monthly payment, please gather the following information and call 800-562-5546.

  1. WHEDA's 10-digit loan account number, including leading 0s.
  2. 5-digit property zip code
  3. Bank routing number and account number of the checking or savings account being used to make the payment.

Note:  Partial payments, outstanding fee payments, and overpayments are not allowed with this service.  Payments may take up to 2 business days to post to your loan.  If you require a payment to be posted immediately to avoid a late fee or a credit mark, please call 800-562-5546 to speak with a customer service representative.  The automated phone payment system is free.  Borrowers eligible for the automated service will be assessed a $15 phone payment fee if processed by a customer service representative.
