Construction Signs for WHEDA-Financed Projects

All developments receiving WHEDA financing must display a WHEDA Construction Sign during the construction period. The required sign depends on the financing used, and signs are designed to display all WHEDA products on one sign. Displaying the correct sign promotes your partnership with WHEDA.

WHEDA provides high-resolution (300 dpi) electronic art files in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and PDF (.pdf) formats. You may share these files and specifications with your sign company or printer. All files are created to exact dimensions and are available for download below.

Sign Specifications

• Sign material options include 3/4" plywood, PVC, or ACM panel.
• Size: 48” wide by 60” high, with a 0.25” bleed on all sides if needed.

Instructions

• Select all WHEDA loan products on the left that apply to your project.
• A download button for the appropriate construction sign will appear on the right.
• The link will take you to WHEDA's Air site, where you can download a zip file containing your selected construction sign. The download button is located at the bottom right of the Air page.
