The Annual WHEDA Conference connects developers, property managers, financial specialists, lenders, advocates, state representatives, local government officials, and other affordable housing leaders to learn from experts, gain insights through engaging sessions, and collaborate on expanding safe, affordable housing across Wisconsin. Learn and connect with others shaping the future of affordable housing in Wisconsin.

This dynamic one and a half-day, in-person conference at Madison's Monona Terrace offers a valuable opportunity for learning and engagement. Attendees will experience a variety of breakout sessions, keynote speakers, interactive workshops, hands-on training, a Vendor Marketplace, and a Networking Reception. Sessions and speakers will showcase innovative practices, projects, and opportunities in affordable housing.

Conference programming includes tracks focused on:

  • Multifamily Development and Finance
  • Community Engagement
  • Property Management and Compliance
  • Single Family Housing and Homeownership

Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy*

  • To request a cancellation and refund, please send your ticket information via email to WHEDAConference@wheda.com.
    • A full refund, less Whova and credit card processing fees, is available for cancellations up to 45 days prior to the event.
    • A 50% refund, less Whova and credit card processing fees, is available for cancellations between 30 and 44 days prior to the event.
    • Refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the event are not available.
  • If you have registered for WHEDA Conference 2026 and can no longer attend, you may request a ticket transfer at WHEDAConference@wheda.com up to 15 days prior to the event.
    • Tickets may only be transferred to another individual within your organization. Please provide the contact information for the new attendee upon request for a ticket transfer.

*No changes can be made to registrations within 14 days of the event.

Accommodations at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace

WHEDA has a preferred conference rate hotel room block available for WHEDA Conference attendees at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace. A limited number of rooms are reserved under this block and are open on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can also call and use reference code: 97L.
