The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) will join leaders from Sheboygan County, Johnsonville, Kohler, Masters Gallery Foods, and Sargento to break ground on the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation's (SCEDC) new 102 single family home subdivision called Scholar's Ridge.
Scholar's Ridge is the third subdivision developed through SCEDC's Housing Intitiative, which will bring 102 more entry-level single family homes to address the region's critical housing shortage. Geared toward Wisconsin's workforce, each home will be priced to provide affordable homeownership opportunities for working families. WHEDA awarded this project $3.4 million through its Infrastructure Access Loan.
