The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) has promoted staffer Stuart Kuzik to Director of WHEDA’s Business and Community Engagement Group. Kuzik’s team focuses on growing economic development lending activity as well as promoting financing products and tools to support WHEDA’s multifamily housing financing activity.
“Stuart has
more than 11 years of experience as a tenured financial professional with responsibilities in
commercial lending, sales, leadership, and real estate,” said WHEDA Executive Director Wyman Winston. “Stuart’s
comprehensive background in commercial lending and relationship building will
be an asset in his new role. He will be responsible for creating new products and
expanding the Business and Community Engagement Group. And, he will spearhead WHEDA’s
efforts to attract new sources of capital through establishing strategic
alliances with local and national foundations.”
“I
am very excited to utilize my experience in banking and business to help lead a
team so dedicated to growing Wisconsin,” said Kuzik. “It has been amazing to
see all of the great projects and people positively impacted by WHEDA’s
products. I look forward to continuing to serving all of the great
communities and people of my home state.”
