Tax Credit Compliance Workshop

This course is intended as an overview of the program, compliance requirements and WHEDA’s monitoring procedures. It is designed to be particularly useful to on-site managers and to individuals who have not attended previous section 42 training. We will include general resident certification procedures, forms and WHEDA’s reporting and inspection requirements. We will also cover what to expect when a physical and file review is conducted. This event is limited to 30 participants. Registration is $125.
