WHEDA’s mission is to ensure that all people who live in Wisconsin have access to safe, secure housing. We provide a wide range of products and services to help homeowners and renters access and sustain quality housing.

WHEDA routinely reviews legislation concerning housing issues including rent control, land use regulation, development fees, building standards, and economic development policy including redevelopment and enterprise zones.
