WHEDA’s mission is to stimulate the state’s economy, improve the quality of life for Wisconsinites, provide affordable housing, business financing, and inspire economic development.

Luncheon Keynote Speaker

Steve Richman, Genworth

Keynote Speaker HeadshotSteve Richman is Genworth's National Spokesperson and Customer Sales Trainer who has energized, motivated, and taught thousands of mortgage and real estate professionals across the United States. An expert in the LTV borrower market, Richman is a highly sought after speaker at mortgage banker and broker association events.

Richman entered the mortgage and real estate profession after a successful career in law as an attorney. His professional experience includes his time as a loan officer, account executive, and manager of a mortgage operation.

Steve's passion for continuing education has led him to teach or train everyone from MBA students to loan officers to real estate professionals. Steve is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the National Law Center at George Washington University. He has been a guest lecturer for the Columbia Business School's MBA program and has served as an adjunct faculty member at an undergraduate institution. Richman is a Master Certified Sales Negotiation Trainer and a Certified Trainer in D|SC Behavioral Profiling.

Richman's keynote address will energize you to challenge your current business techniques, tweak them, and apply new, modern concepts to take your business to the next level and find greater success.
