We are seeking an executive with proven leadership and managerial experience that possesses a proven track record of developing partnerships with private and public sector industry financial entities, developing loan products and developing, establishing and maintaining underwriting policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of corporate strategic initiatives and must possess demonstrated abilities to interact with members of BOD, CEO and other executive team members. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience directing a Single Family loan department within a medium to large financial environment.
