Multifamily

This is a photograph of Chapel Valley, an elderly rental housing development in Fitchburg, to which WHEDA allocated Affordable Housing Tax Credits.

Small Business/Agriculture

This beautiful farm scene is actually a watercolor titled "Quiet Summer Morning" by Steven Kozar, a Wisconsin artist who lives in Blue Mounds. We are grateful to Mr. Kozar for his permission to use it on our web site.
