Download Security Warning

The Security Warning dialog box appears after you select the “Run this program from its current location” option from the download choices. Because you cannot extract the Excel file without first downloading the .exe file, select the Yes button to continue. Be sure to make a note of the location in which the file is saved.

Microsoft Excel Macros

The Microsoft Excel Macros dialog box appears when you first open the report file. Because the report uses macros, select the Enable Macros button to continue.

Password Protection

The Password dialog box appears after you select the Enable Macros button. Because the report is password protected, select the Read Only button to open a protected version of the report. You cannot save changes to this file.
