How to View Microsoft® Excel 8.0 Financial Reports

Before opening a report in Excel, download the .exe file and extract (unzip) the Excel .xls file by double-clicking the downloaded file. Be sure to make a note of the folder in which the Excel file is extracted.

Note: You cannot view the Excel file without first downloading the .exe file. If you selected to run the program from its current location, the Security Warning dialog box appears. Select the Yes button, to install and run the .exe file. When the .exe file runs, the Excel file is extracted and saved in the location you chose.

To view the financial reports in Excel:

Start Excel and open the report .xls file.

The Excel Macros dialog box appears.
Select the Enable Macros button to continue.

The Password dialog box appears.
Select the Read Only button to open the report file.

The report should open in the same manner as other Excel files but you will not be able to make changes to this file.
