WHEDA Home News - April 20072007 Federal Recapture Tax Booklets The Federal Recapture Tax booklets have been updated to reflect the changes HUD made to income figures released in March 2007. You must provide the revised recapture booklet to Home buyers closing loans beginning April 3, 2007. WHEDA will provide revised booklets to Home buyers whose loans closed prior to April 3, 2007.
