WHEDA and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) are looking for qualifications from economic development, urban planning, intermodal transportation planning, housing, and workforce development consulting firms or a consultant team interested in developing a coordinated Strategic Action Plan (Plan) for the defined Transform Milwaukee area.
