LIHTC - Exchange Program
The Multifamily Weatherization Recovery Project is funded through the 2009 ARRA. Owners of residential multifamily buildings are encouraged to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Administration. The project's aim is to weatherize 3,000 units in large multifamily buidlings.
