Troubleshooting On-Demand Training Problems

If you can't view a presentation because you get a message that says you have to upgrade your version of Media Player:


Click on the Start menu, in Windows.
Click on the Programs menu option.
Click on the Windows Media Player.
Once the Windows Media Player opens, click on the Tools menu.
Click on the Options menu item.
Click on the Network tab.
Select Streaming Media and click on the Change button.
Under the Protocols section, verify that HTTP is checked.
Uncheck the RTSP settings, both of them.
Select Use browser proxy setting.
Click 'OK'
