Cost
Each session is $125 per person and each workshop is limited to 30 people. Early registration is encouraged.
You may register for both a Basic and a Tax Credit Layered with Multiple Programs Session at the same time or separately.
Payment must be received by WHEDA prior to the workshop:
- By mail - Payment must be by check or money order
- Online - payment may only be by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Lunch will be "on your own."

About the Workshops
Basic Session:
Intended as an overview of the program, compliance requirement, and WHEDA's monitoring procedures. Designed for on-site managers and individuals who have not attended previous section 42 training. Tax Credits Layered with Multiple Programs Session:
Tax credits with Multiple Programs Compliance. Geared to individuals familiar with tax credit regulations who are looking for more in-depth discussion of compliance at properties with multiple program requirements. Registration

per workshop per person
The registration fee includes admittance
to the workshop, printed reference materials, and the opportunity to learn more about the Section 42 program and WHEDA's monitoring procedures.

Cancellations must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the workshop.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date
or for registrants who fail to attend the workshop.
