Rental Compliance Reporting System (RCRS)

The Rental Compliance Reporting System (RCRS) is now available. It's easy, convenient, and accurate. This secure, web-based application allows owners and agents to electronically submit a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Unit Status Report to WHEDA.

How RCRS Works

You must first sign up to access our secure eWHEDA Services site. This lets you:

  • determine who will have access to your application.
  • return to your application at any time.

You can manually complete your Unit Status Report directly within the RCRS system by:

  • entering unit events as they occur since the system is updated immediately,
  • utilizing online instructions, tips, and links, and
  • sending notification to WHEDA that the report has been updated.

You can also upload a file of events within the RCRS system by:

  • choosing Submit a Unit Status Report to submit a file,
  • selecting the correct file to be uploaded,
  • sending notification to WHEDA that the report has been updated.

The reporting process is not complete until you notify WHEDA. RCRS will not allow for entry of retro events once you have completed your submission to WHEDA.
