How to Use the Linked Deposit Loan (LiDL) Subsidy

These are the steps to follow if you are a lender:

• Learn how to partner with us.
• Get the program product information you need. Everything from procedures to underwriting guidelines are available in the Small Business Financing Manual.
• Get the forms you need, in the format you prefer.
• Sign up for e-mail news about WHEDA's small business financing products.
• The basic steps for requesting a LiDl Subsidy are:
  1. Complete the Linked Deposit Loan (LiDL) Subsidy application (Form 6) with your borrower.
  2. Mail the application, supporting exhibits and application fee to WHEDA.
  3. WHEDA will underwrite the application and issues a decision within one (1) business day of when we receive it.
  4. Close your loan.
