2/10	Form 3 Funding Certificate	Requests funds for loan closing	Submit by noon the day prior to the disbursement date
7/09	Form 4 Closing package Checklist	Checklist for lender to ensure all forms and documents are submitted	Submit with Closing Package within 15 days of closing
