Emerging Business

In January 2005, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority under Executive Director, Antonio Riley, established the WHEDA Emerging Business Program to encourage the involvement, utilization, and development of emerging businesses.

WHEDA established the WEB Program after a successful pilot project utilizing and contracting with emerging businesses for over 23% of the hard costs associated with the project.
