About the Multifamily Housing Conference
This full-day Conference offers attendees the knowledge they need to ensure a successful development whether you are a developer, a syndicator or a property manager. The agenda includes sessions on WHEDA’s newly enhanced and improved Economic Development programs, the Credit program, compliance monitoring, asset management and training.
There will be opportunities to visit industry vendors and to network with other professionals.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Dr. J.P. Pawliw-Fry is President and Co-Founder of the Institute for Health and Human Potential. Dr. Pawliw-Fry has received acclaim for his work in personal leadership in sales organizations, leadership retreats and motivational seminars worldwide. He acts as an advisor to numerous Fortune 100 companies as well the NHL, NBA and Olympic medal-winning athletes and is a contributing editor to The Economic Times, the newspaper with the second highest circulation in the world.

The conference will have four tracks: one for Credit, two for Asset Management and Compliance (including training sessions) and one for Economic Development.
