Home Loan: Offers low cost, fixed interest rate financing to low-to-moderate income first-time Homebuyers.
Home Loans for Veterans: Offers low cost, fixed interest rate Home financing to military veterans. Military veterans do not have to be a first-time home buyer.
Partnership Neighborhood Initiative: Features both a reduced interest rate loan and down payment assistance to first-time home buyers who purchase a home in specific neighborhoods.
Partnership for Homeownership: A partnership between WHEDA and the US Department of Agriculture - Rural Development that provides affordable Home financing for Wisconsin's rural residents.
