Tax Credits
WHEDA administers the allocation and compliance monitoring of the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program for the State of Wisconsin, a program which provides incentives for the development of multifamily affordable rental housing.

Wisconsin Affordable Assisted Living
Wisconsin Affordable Assisted Living is an initiative formed through a
partnership between WHEDA and the Wisconsin Department of Health
and Family Services. Its goal is to create affordable assisted living
for low-income seniors by reducing housing costs and accessing the
Medicaid program to pay for services.
