WHEDA will operate the products described in this Manual in accordance with the Manual, the Master Guarantee Agreement, Loan Authorization, other documents associated with the products and consistent with WHEDA's responsibilities under applicable laws and regulations. In addition, WHEDA reserves the right to change its procedures and policies from time to time for the products as WHEDA deems necessary or appropriate. WHEDA has established a system intended to give prompt notice of these changes. Changes will be effective upon adoption by WHEDA regardless of whether you receive notice. In the event that anything in this Manual is inconsistent with local, state or federal law, then such law shall govern.
