The review process will not begin until WHEDA receives a complete application package. Once receipt of the complete application package has been acknowledged by WHEDA, the Lender may advance funds on a short-term basis at their own risk. A complete application package includes the application, the fee, and supporting exhibits as listed on the Application Checklist.
