The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA®) has been providing small business products since 1985. This Manual contains the products we are currently offering.
In preparing this Manual, our aim has been to make it simple and easy to use. The Manual is organized with common product information in the beginning. Any unique or specific product information (mainly eligibility) is found in the product chapters at the end of the Manual (i.e., Small Business Guarantee).
