For the WHEDA Small Business and Agribusiness Guarantees, a closing fee, which is calculated as 1.5% of the guaranteed amount on loans up to $150,000 or 2.5% of the guaranteed amount on loans greater than $150,000, is required on all guaranteed loans.
For the Neighborhood Business Revitalization Guarantee, a closing fee of 2.5% of the guaranteed amount is required on all guaranteed loans.
