The Lender must submit a complete loan package to WHEDA. WHEDA will review the loan package to determine eligibility and completeness. A complete loan package contains the following:
 | Application (FARM Form 2); |
| Farmer's Affidavit (FARM Form 3); and |
| $150 non-refundable application fee. |
