LIHTC OnLine Application (LOLA)

The 2006 Competitive LIHTC Application is now available. You may view and print a Sample Online Application as a pdf, but applications for Credit must be submitted electronically, using LOLA, WHEDA's LIHTC OnLine Application. It's easy, convenient and accurate. If you are new to the system, you must sign up for our eWHEDA services by completing and returning a Delegated Administrator Agreement in order to gain access to LOLA. LIHTC 2006 noncompetitive applications will be accepted January 3, 2006 through December 29, 2006 (5:00 p.m. CST) .
