When will scores be announced? We will announce scores on our website in mid-April. Are developments that previously
received credit, and are applying for additional credit, given priority
in this year's allocation? Yes. Additional credit requests must meet 2003 QAP criteria and have a minimum score of 160 points. Are developments applying
for additional credit required to submit all the required attachment documents? Applicants are required to submit materials that we would not yet have on file as submitted in previous applications. Specifically, this would include items needed to score the application using 2003 criteria. Are applicants required to have
applied for zoning approval/conditional use permit prior to submitting
an application? Yes. However, you need not have received approval at the time you submit your application. What are the fees for applying for
tax credits? Developments allocated from set-asides:
