- The basic steps for requesting a WHEDA Contractors Loan Guarantee are:
- Complete the Loan Guarantee Application (Form 4) with your borrower.
- Mail the application, supporting exhibits and application fee to WHEDA.
- WHEDA will underwrite the application and issue a decision within 3–6 business days from our receipt of a complete CLG application package.
