How to Use the Linked Deposit Loan (LiDL) Subsidy
These are the steps to follow if you are a lender:
- Learn how to partner with us.
- Get the program product information you need. Everything from procedures
to underwriting guidelines are available in the
Small
Business Financing Manual.
- Get the forms you need, in
the format you prefer.
- Sign up for e-mail news
about WHEDA's small business financing products.
- The basic steps for requesting a LiDl Subsidy are:
- Complete the Linked Deposit Loan (LiDL) Subsidy application (Form
6) with your borrower.
- Mail the application, supporting exhibits and application fee
to WHEDA.
- WHEDA will underwrite the application and issues a decision within
one (1) business day of when we receive it.
- Close your loan.
