the format you prefer.
- Sign up for e-mail news
about WHEDA's small business financing products.
- The basic steps for requesting a WHEDA Small Business Guarantee are:
- Submit an Intent Form (Form
2) to WHEDA if you want to disburse funds prior to WHEDA's approval.
- Complete the Loan Guarantee Application (Form
4) with your borrower.
- Mail the application and supporting exhibits to
WHEDA.
- WHEDA will underwrite the application and issue a decision within
3–6 business days from our receipt of a complete WSBG application
package.
- Close your loan.
