about WHEDA's agriculture financing products.
- The basic steps for requesting a FARM Guarantee are:
- Complete the FARM Guarantee Application (FARM
Form 2) and Farmer's Affidavit (FARM Form 3) with your borrower.
- Underwrite the loan in accordance with your own prudent underwriting
standards.
- Mail the application, supporting exhibits and application fee to
WHEDA.
- WHEDA will review your application for eligibility compliance and
issue a decision within 1 business day of our receipt of a complete
application package.
- Close your loan.
