Terms

• Maximum loan amount is $60,000; minimum is $2,000.
• Guarantee is:

  90% of aggregate loan amounts less than $50,000 OR
  80% of aggregate loan amounts of $50,000 or more.

• Maximum interest rate is Prime + 1% on the date the Note is written, fixed for the term.
• Maturity date is no later than March 31 of the year following origination.

Fee

Nonrefundable application fee that may be financed and included in the loan request*:

$300 on aggregate loan amounts (for current year) of less than $40,000 OR
$500 on aggregate loan amounts (for current year) of $40,000 or more.
