Kate Venne Named Director of Communications for WHEDA®

Madison - The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority recently hired Kate Venne as its Director of Communications.

Venne comes to WHEDA from the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin where she was that agency's Manager of Public Affairs. At WHEDA she will oversee all marketing efforts as well as media relations.

"Ms. Venne brings a strong media and communications background to the Authority," said Antonio Riley, WHEDA Executive Director. "Her industry expertise will strengthen WHEDA's strategic efforts to reposition itself in the marketplace and increase Homeownership to emerging populations."
