Home Loan Servicing Update - January 2007

TAX SEASON

Just a reminder that all taxes, both current (2006) and outstanding/delinquent, must be paid in full on all WHEDA accounts. This includes accounts that are in a foreclosure or bankruptcy status. If the borrower's escrow balance is not sufficient to cover the amount, you as the servicer, are required to advance your own funds.

INVOICED AMOUNTS FOR OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS

Effective with the January 2007 Outstanding Document Invoices, WHEDA began automatically drafting the invoiced amount from the Lenders Home Funding Account. These payments will continue to be pulled on the 15th of the month for the amount invoiced to you.

WHEDA will continue to notify you, by mail, on a monthly basis of the Outstanding Documents and any Invoice Amounts relating to the Outstanding Documents.
