Home Program Change

Due to the ongoing changes in the ratings of Private Mortgage Insurance companies, the following changes are effective immediately:

WHEDA® will select the insurer at the time of underwriting.
A minimum credit score of 620 is required on all WHEDA loans.

Mortgage insurance commitments will be ordered twice daily.
