We are happy to announce that the on-line printer-friendly version of the WHEDA Home Origination manual is now available.

Lender Serviced WHEDA Fixed Interest Only Loans

Lender's servicing WHEDA Fixed Interest Only loans, we ask that you please review your procedures for your Fixed Interest Only billing statements. These billing statements should specifically reference that they are Interest Only billings. We would also encourage you to notify the customers, at least quarterly, that if a principal reduction is made during the interest only period, it will reduce the amount of principal and interest due for the remaining term of the loan.
