HUD-1 Settlement Statement

Effective February 1, 2008, for all WHEDA Serviced and Lender Serviced loans closed on or after this date, a copy of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement must be included in the closing package.

Numerous discrepancies were found on the HUD-1 when performing loan audits during the past few months and as a result, WHEDA and our external audit company will be performing in-depth audits which may result in new policies.

Martin Luther King Day

Our office will be closed on Monday, January 21, 2008 in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

Funding certificates for loans to be funded on Tuesday, January 22, must be received by noon on Friday, January 18.
