Property Frequently Asked Questions
Additional Questions
What if the house is smaller
than 750 square feet? The 750 square feet is a guideline, not a hard and fast rule. It doesn't have to be exactly 750 square feet, but it should be close. For rural properties, is there a
limit on how much land? The WHEDA Home loan must be used for purchasing the borrower's residence. The appraised value of the house should generally be at least 60% of the total property value.
