Amendment to the Borrower's Affidavit
The lender should prepare an amendment to the Borrowers Affidavit, WHEDA Home Form 2. Form 2 must be signed by the borrower and must state the following: As part of Section 416 of the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 (h.r. 6111), I acknowledge that I am exempt from Section B, Item 4, of the WHEDA Home Program Borrower's Affidavit. I verify that I have not previously obtained a mortgage loan funded with proceeds of a Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB).
