All WHEDA-financed properties are assessed
on four areas of risk:
- Property Management (Example)

- Physical Plant (Example)
Each risk category is assessed with a star (*) or requires additional
reporting options as described in the Servicing
Requirements. A star (*) signifies the risk threshold is being
met. A "four star" development will require the minimal amount of
reporting.
